5 Days Tour From Fes To Marrakech via Merzouga

This tour is perfect for people wanting to see the best of Morocco under a tight schedule. Highlights include visiting the famous Ait Bennhadou Kasbah, The spectacular Draa Valley, sleeping under the stars in the Sahara, and wandering the amazing Todra Valley.

• Day 1

  Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz valley – Erfoud – Merzouga

  We will pick you up at your riad or hotel early in the morning, to start your departure for Merzouga crossing the Middle Atlas via Irfan, Midelt, Errachidia, Erfoud, Rissani. We will have lunch in one of the towns or villages we pass through, and of course there will be stops on the way to explore the beauty of the landscapes, (oasis of cedar forest inhabited by Monkeys that live in the wild state) and we remain at your disposal in case you want to stop in a place that catches your attention or if you want to take pictures during the trip

• Day 2

  Merzouga – Erg Chebbi.

  We start our adventure earlier and go on a drive through the sand dunes. While driving on these fabulous landscapes we will see many nomadic black tents in the middle of nowhere. We will stop by a nomadic family to enjoy a cup of tea and see what a local lifestyle looks like. We continue our journey and discover the Khamlia, a village where nothing has been changed through the centuries. and return to the hotel around for the departure of your caravan with back of dromedary so attending the sunset and spend the night in Berber tents in middle of the dunes.

• Day 3

  Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Toudra gorges – Dades valley – Dades gorges

  Wake up to admire the sunrise, if you wish of course. After breakfast, we will leave to Erfoud, a city known for fossils, you will cross the oasis of Tafilalt, then come a short break to see the old irrigation system before arriving in Tinjdad. Continue to Todra gorges where you will have free time for lunch and you can take a walk along the gorges, local restaurant are available between the canyons of Todra gorges. And finally arrive in the valley of Dades where we will have dinner and spend the night.

• Day 4

  Dades gorges – Roses valley – Kelaa M’gouna – Ouarzazate

  Departure for Boumalne Dadès, stroll through the valley of Dadès, then continue on El Kelaa M’Gouna, land of roses. And along the palm and ksours in Ouarzazate. Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt. And finally arrive in the Ourazazate where we will have dinner and spend the night.

• Day 5

  Ouarzazate – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

  After breakfast, the day is devoted to the visit of Ouarzazate: the Kasbah of Taourirt, Tifoultout and the cinema studio. Then, you will head towards the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou; Visit of the Kasbah and the old village afternoon, departure for Marrakech via the pass of Tizi-N-Ticha pass; We arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
