3 Days Tour From Marrakech To Fez via Merzouga
This tour is perfect for people who need to get from Marrakech to Fez and want to see some amazing things along the way. Highlights include a visit to the famous Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, wandering along the Todra Gorge, and a night in the magical Sahara under the stars.

Day 1
Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazatte-Skoura – Rose valley – Dades Gorges
We will pick you up from your Riad/hotel in Marrakech at 8:00 a.m, before travelling over the Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260m) while enjoying superb views of the mountains and of the Berber Villages on the way. We will stop for lunch and tour the World Heritage site of Ait Benhaddou – this famous kasbah was used as a backdrop for more than 20 films. We will pass through Ouarzazate and continue towards the Valley of Roses and the Dades Valley. We will visit Skoura Oasis with it’s authentic 17 century Kasbah, and The Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs where we will stay overnight in a hotel.

Day 2
Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga – Erg chebbi
After breakfast we will depart to the Todra Gorge: a massive fault, rising to 300m in a narrow valley thickstudded with palmeries and Berber Villages. After lunch in the gorge, we will drive further into the desert to Merzouga, where we will stop near the great sand dunes of Erg Chebbi. From here we will take a camel ride (about one hour and a half) in order to get to your Bivouac Tent. We will spend the evening in a bivouac camp, enjoying a Berber dinner and sleeping in a traditional Nomad camel hair tent.

Day 3
Erg Chebbi – Erfoud- Medilte- Azrou – Ifrane- Fez
Wake up to admire the spectacular sunrise in the desert. After breakfast we will return by camel to have a shower in the Riad. We will then leave Merzouga for Fez. On the way, we will pass through Erfoud and Medilt. We will stop for lunch and take pictures of wild monkeys in the Cedar forests of Azrou. We continue through Ifrane to arrive early evening in Fez where the tour ends.
